Terms of sale

Rocky Mountain Private Investigators Academy ("the Academy") is a private training company operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [STATE].
Our programs do not grant any license, certification or credential. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency. You are responsible for meeting the licensing laws where you work.
The training manual is licensed to the buyer for personal use. You may not copy, share, post, resell or distribute it, in whole or in part.
Coaching sessions are 50 minutes and booked through our online calendar. To reschedule, give at least [24] hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice [are forfeited].
Coaching packages must be used within [12 months] of purchase.
In-person training is offered by application. Dates, location, schedule and payment terms are confirmed in writing before you pay.
Training is educational. We make no promise of employment, income or results.
Do not share confidential or identifying client information during coaching.

We collect your name and email when you buy, book or apply, plus anything you write in the application form.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Bookings are handled by our scheduling provider [Cal.com]. Applications are stored by our host, Netlify.
If you request the free checklist, we keep your name and email to send it and occasional training tips. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
The site may use Meta (Facebook) and Google Analytics tracking to measure visits and ad results. The video on the home page plays from YouTube when you click it.
We use your information to deliver what you bought, schedule sessions and reply to you. We don't sell it.
